Their flagship product — a liquid rubber roof coating — is the only one-coat, no-primer RV roof system in the market with a 20-year warranty, designed specifically for recreational vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, and buses.

Despite having a technically superior product and a loyal customer base across the United States, RV Roof Magic was struggling to scale its digital presence beyond organic search and word-of-mouth. The brand had strong trust signals — ASTM certification, thousands of 5-star reviews, 659+ ratings on their 1-gallon product alone — but wasn’t translating that authority into consistent paid traffic and predictable online revenue.

The Challenge

RV Roof Magic operated in a hyper-niche market — RV roof repair and maintenance — where buyers are highly informed, geographically dispersed across the US, and make purchase decisions based on technical trust rather than impulse.

The core challenges were threefold. First, the brand was heavily dependent on organic traffic and repeat customers, with no structured paid media funnel to capture new buyers at scale. Second, their audience — RV owners, mobile homeowners, and repair shops — required educational content before converting, meaning a standard ad-to-product-page approach simply wouldn’t work. Third, competition from generic roof sealant brands and big-box alternatives was increasing, threatening both paid ad CPCs and organic rankings.

On top of this, their existing website, while information-rich, had conversion rate issues — cluttered navigation, inconsistent product page structure, and no clear journey from ad click to purchase. The brand had all the right ingredients for market leadership but lacked the digital infrastructure to capitalize on it.

What We Did

Mistry Marketing developed a comprehensive, multi-channel digital growth strategy for RV Roof Magic — covering paid search, social media, organic SEO, and a full website overhaul — each channel engineered to work together and compound results.

PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising): We launched and managed targeted paid search campaigns on both Google and Bing, going after high-commercial-intent keywords like “best RV roof sealant”, “RV roof leak repair”, and “RV rubber roof coating”. Bing Ads were a strategic priority — RV Roof Magic’s core US audience of older RV owners indexes significantly higher on Microsoft’s network, giving us strong conversion rates at a much lower CPC than Google alone. Google Ads campaigns captured new-to-brand buyers actively searching for roof repair solutions, with tightly structured ad groups per product and surface type (EPDM, fiberglass, TPO, metal) to maximize relevance and Quality Score.

Social Media Marketing: We built full-funnel Meta Ads campaigns targeting RV owners, mobile homeowners, and DIY enthusiasts across the United States. Cold audiences were introduced to the brand through educational content — before/after visuals, application videos, and USP-driven creatives highlighting the one-coat, no-primer, 20-year warranty advantage. Warm retargeting audiences were re-engaged with seasonal promotions (cold-weather application campaigns, free shipping offers) and product-specific ads designed to close the purchase. Organic social was also structured to build community trust and amplify positive customer reviews.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization): With a niche product and a highly informed buyer, organic search was a long-term growth lever we couldn’t ignore. We conducted a full technical SEO audit, resolved on-site issues impacting crawlability and page speed, and optimized product and category pages around transactional and informational keywords.
